Who we work with

Apartment, condo & HOA fitness rooms

The fitness room is an amenity residents pay for. We keep the treadmills, ellipticals, bikes and multi-station gyms working, and we give property managers a clear picture of what each machine needs so repairs can be approved quickly.

Hotels & office gyms

Guest and employee fitness rooms often run unattended, so small problems go unreported until a machine stops. Scheduled visits catch worn belts, loose hardware and frayed cables before they take equipment out of service.

Gyms & studios

Member-facing equipment runs for hours every day. We handle the repairs your staff cannot, from drive motors and control boards to cables, pulleys and consoles, and we can service a full floor of machines in a planned visit.

What we do for facilities

Diagnostic & repair

Belts, decks, motors, control boards, incline systems, consoles, bearings, cables and pulleys. We find the cause, source the parts and test the machine before it goes back into use. See diagnostic & repair.

Preventive maintenance

Cleaning, lubrication, inspection and adjustment on a schedule, so wear is found before it becomes a breakdown. See preventive maintenance.

Installation & build-outs

From one replacement machine to a full room: assembly, placement, leveling and a working test of every unit. See gym equipment installation.

Relocation

Moving equipment to a new room, floor or building: disassembly, moving, reassembly and re-leveling, so machines run the way they did before the move.

Several machines, one visit

Send us a list of what is down and what is due for service. We plan the visit around the whole room instead of one machine at a time.

Straight answers on older equipment

Commercial machines are usually worth repairing. When one is not, we will tell you so you can plan a replacement instead of paying for the same repair twice.

How a maintenance plan works

1

Walk the room

Call or text (904) 716-5739 or send the service request form with a list of your equipment. We look at what you have and what condition it is in.

2

Free estimate

You get a quote for the plan and for any repairs that are needed now. Nothing starts until you approve it.

3

Scheduled visits

Visits are booked in advance, usually quarterly, with the frequency set by how heavily the equipment is used.

4

Each machine serviced

Every machine on the plan is cleaned, lubricated, inspected and adjusted, then run to confirm it works as it should.

5

Repairs quoted first

If a visit turns up a worn or failing part, we tell you what we found and quote the repair before doing the work.

Commercial brands we service

We work on the major commercial lines found in Jacksonville facilities. Each brand has its own page with the models and faults we see most often.

Where we work

We are a mobile service covering Duval, Nassau, St. Johns and Clay counties, including Jacksonville, Jacksonville Beach, Ponte Vedra Beach, St. Johns, St. Augustine, Orange Park and Fernandina Beach. See the full list of service areas.

Florida humidity and salt air are hard on equipment, especially near the coast. Our guides on how often to service fitness equipment and protecting equipment from humidity explain what to watch for between visits.
