Folding and non-folding models. Correct setup means squaring the uprights and console, centering and tensioning the walking belt so it tracks straight, and running the incline and speed calibration before anyone steps on.
Ellipticals have more pivot points than any other cardio machine. We seat every arm and pedal joint, tighten the hardware evenly, and level the frame so it does not rock or click under load.
Upright, recumbent and indoor cycling bikes. We level the stabilizers, fit the pedals and cranks correctly, mount the screen or console, and check resistance through its full range.
Air, magnetic and water rowers. We join the rail and frame so the seat rolls smoothly end to end, then check the chain or strap return and the monitor.
Multi-station gyms are mostly cable work. We route each cable over the right pulleys in the right order, set the tension, and confirm the weight stack travels freely with the selector pin in every position.
We square the uprights, torque the frame bolts, and check that the Smith bar slides evenly on both guide rods. Racks are anchored to the floor where the manufacturer calls for it and the surface allows it.
Crossovers, lat pulldowns and single-stack units. Cable routing and tension decide how these feel, so we set both carefully and test each pulley for smooth travel.
Full rows of treadmills, ellipticals and bikes, plus selectorized and plate-loaded strength pieces. We place each unit to your layout, level it, torque it, and test it before the room opens.
Send the brand and model, where the equipment is now, and where it needs to go. Mention stairs, tight hallways or narrow doors. Use the service request form or call or text (904) 716-5739. Hablamos español.
Every job starts with a free estimate based on the machine and the access, so you know what to expect before any work begins.
We come to you, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. We build the equipment to the manufacturer's instructions and set it where you want it. We do not remove old equipment or haul anything away unless that was agreed in the estimate.
Before we leave we run the machine, check every adjustment, and show you the controls, the folding or locking mechanisms, and the basic upkeep it needs.
A treadmill is a one-machine job where belt tracking and calibration matter most. See our treadmill assembly service in Jacksonville.
Garage, spare room or bonus room builds with a rack, a functional trainer, a bench and cardio. See home gym installation in Jacksonville for how we plan and build a complete setup.
Gyms, hotels, and apartment and HOA fitness rooms. See gym equipment installation for facilities for multi-unit and commercial installs.
Most fitness equipment will not fit through a doorway in one piece, and forcing it damages frames, consoles and door trim. We disassemble the machine as far as the move requires, keep the hardware together, and move it to another room, another floor or a new address in our service area. Then we reassemble it, re-level it on the new floor, and re-check belt tracking, cable tension and frame bolts, because all three shift when a machine is taken apart and moved. Once it is in place, a maintenance schedule keeps it running well.
Most of the equipment we assemble arrives in boxes from somewhere else: an Amazon order, a Costco or Dick's purchase, a delivery direct from the brand, or a used machine bought from a previous owner. We assemble any brand, and it does not matter where you bought it. For boxed equipment, leave the cartons sealed and the hardware bags together until we arrive. For used equipment, tell us if it was taken apart for transport and whether any hardware is missing. If a used machine turns out to have a fault once it is together, our diagnostic and repair service can take it from there.
We are a mobile service with 8+ years of experience, and we come to homes and facilities in Duval, Nassau, St. Johns and Clay counties. See the full list of cities and neighborhoods on our service areas page.

Yes. Most of the equipment we assemble was bought somewhere else: online, from a store, direct from the brand, or used from a previous owner. We assemble any brand. Tell us the brand and model and we will let you know what the job involves.
It depends on the machine. A folding treadmill is a different job than a functional trainer with two weight stacks or a full room of commercial equipment. Access matters too, such as stairs or a tight hallway. Every job starts with a free estimate. Call or text (904) 716-5739 with the brand, model and where the equipment is going.
Decide where the machine will go and clear that space, plus a path to it from where the boxes are. Check that there is an outlet nearby if the machine needs power. Keep all boxes, hardware bags and the manual together, and leave the boxes sealed if you can so no parts go missing. If a box arrived damaged, let us know when you call.
Yes. We take the machine apart as far as needed to get it through doors and stairways, move it, then reassemble and re-level it in the new spot. That can be a move within the same home or to a new address in our service area. Tell us what the machine is and where it is going and we will include the move in your free estimate.
Yes. We install commercial cardio and strength equipment for gyms, hotels, and apartment and HOA fitness rooms in Duval, Nassau, St. Johns and Clay counties. Send us the equipment list and the site address and we will put together a free estimate for the full install.
From a single machine to a full home gym, we'll get it set up properly and safely — anywhere in the Jacksonville area.
